Hoto Art Therapy provides individual art therapy for children, youth & adults.

Individual art therapy sessions can help address a variety of social-emotional issues including but not limited too:

  • Interpersonal boundaries and relationships
  • Trauma history
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Disordered eating and body image
  • Sexual health
  • Low self-esteem
  • Resilience building
  • Personal growth
  • Work-life balance
  • Stress management

Sessions can be held on a weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly basis.  A minimum of eight weeks is recommended to address one to two identified goals and to complete an assessment.  Sessions can be completed in home. Click here to book an appointment
