Jen from Exhale Therapy Services and I will be offering an informative and relaxing therapeutic yoga and art workshop at Moksha Yoga London tailored to the needs of youth during this very crucial phase of life. Participants will learn skills and practical tools to help manage stress, anxiety, and depression at home, in school, and in daily life.

Tissue Paper Transfer Art on Canvas: participants will create unique artworks on canvas using tissue paper and water. This process provides a watercolour effect using a fun and surprising process.
